A senior project manager with more than 20 years of experience involving planning, design, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, scope development, earned value management, proposal development, and risk management. A background that includes leading the development of projects in the public and private sectors, especially in the energy and renewables markets. A senior project manager that has managed efforts involving both new construction and major upgrades to natural gas plants, refineries, hydrogen plants, ammonia plants, and oil fields throughout the United States and abroad. Also served as project manager for extensive infrastructure upgrades to the remote McMurdo Station, which is a major science research station and home to Antarctica’s largest permanent community.
Led study, design and engineering work as Senior Project Manager for Enbridge Energy (Ingleside Blue Hydrogen and Ammonia Facility), Humble Midstream (Blue Hydrogen/Blue Ammonia Plant Southern California), Holly Corporation(Cheyenne Refinery Renewable Diesel Unit), Anadarko Petroleum (construction of gas plant and O&G handling facility), Shell Petroleum ($6.5 billion Arctic Offshore Exploratory Drilling Program in the waters off the north coast of Alaska), various projects at CH2M Hill (2008-2013), PG&E (directed project controls for pipelines). Directed and coordinated a federal power and water plant upgrades at McMurdo Station in Antarctica, for the Raytheon Polar Services, a contractor for National Science Foundation (NSF).
